Free2B Alliance ‘LGTBQ+ Inclusive’ initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of LGTBQ+ issues within organisations, both in the private and public sector. The mark is designed to communicate that they are LGBTQ+ inclusive.

We were asked to develop a visual identity to support the Free2B ‘LGBTQ+ Inclusive’ initiative. The mark had to represent the varied identities and age groups in the LGBTQ+ community and support Free2B Alliance in the management and review of organisations’ suitability to be awarded the mark.
We worked closely with a select group of Free2B Alliance members and partners to develop the naming, messaging and a recognisable symbol around which the initiative would be based. First presenting multiple concepts which were then refined to the final symbol.
The ‘LGBTQ+ Inclusive’ symbol was rolled out across digital versions for approved organisations to display. A physical version and stickers were produced to support the launch activity. As the initiative will have many partners, we produced concise brand guidelines to ensure consistency in the use of the symbol.
