The process

Working in close collaboration across the different vertical teams at Bluefin we reviewed all of the documents and communications they were using to support existing pitches before proposing a series of new elements to help them stand out during the vendor selection process.

The results

One of the first outputs from this process was a customisable video for use in presentations. Introducing Bluefin and establishing their history and credibility in a focused, quick and accessible way it changed the tone of their interactions with prospective clients, demonstrating that they were able to think, and act, differently to their competitors.
