How do we encourage exploration? When we give our audience an opportunity to delve deeper, what do they get out of it?
The design museum wanted to produce a website that educated a wide age range about the function of great design so, of course, they called on us.
We provided the theoretical basis for the website, focusing on the similarities in processes across all design disciplines.
To keep the website interesting for all age ranges and allow students to engage on age and ability appropriate levels we produced three tiers of information, ascending in complexity.
The attractive final product is engaging and educational, rewarding deeper exploration with higher-level learning.
